I'm going to be checking my weight once a week, in the morning before eating or drinking anything. I expect at first to not see much difference in my weight, and possibly even a small gain, as I will be replacing fat with muscle. Last time I checked I was 325 lbs. That was 4 or 5 days ago, and I've been working out every day and drinking water exclusively. In a few days I will check my weight and see if there's a difference.
A tip for everyone out there. Before you see loss, you will see a gain. Don't panic. It's just your body building muscle. When your muscles become stronger they burn fat and calories faster. To avoid this panic try to weigh yourself no more than once a week.
