The weight is coming off very slow, I was hoping to have done better, but over the last few days seem to be holding. I am going to increase my water intake. I am still exercising everyday and hopefully the scale will begin to move.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the hard work and you will see results. Sometimes you just need a little change here and there, maybe in your diet, maybe in your exercise routine. The body does not like losing weight so you have to trick it into action at times. Variation and moderation are the keys. Keep it interesting for yourself and keep your body guessing. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I think you are doing great! 17 lb in just over a month. Wow. I wish mine was as good. I know we are all impatient and want it now. It is very hard to be patient and positive all the time, but that is why we are all here to support each other in our struggle to make life changes. We can do this!

I found that if I took in higher amounts of carbs it was better. I don't think you are eating enough.
