performance: losing 4.0 lb a week
Im a 58 year old women raising her two grandson. I want to lose at least 10lbs. I was on Atkins but didn't like eating all the butter, cream and cheese. I do not eat red meat or seafood. My stomach would hurt all the time. I had tried Weight Watchers about 10 years ago and went to meeting and the whole thing and gained. I just couldn't get it. I am hoping this time I will be lucky with trying atkins. At least I will try.
