Im a 58 year old women raising her two grandson. I want to lose at least 10lbs. I was on Atkins but didn't like eating all the butter, cream and cheese. I do not eat red meat or seafood. My stomach would hurt all the time. I had tried Weight Watchers about 10 years ago and went to meeting and the whole thing and gained. I just couldn't get it. I am hoping this time I will be lucky with trying atkins. At least I will try.

sketchers shape ups
I do wear my Sketchers Shape Ups when I walk. But I have two complaints with them If you don't tie them really tight your foot turns in a little. I have to stop and retie them usually. If they are tied tight they are great. Also if you are not walking on straight pavement your foot will again turn in. I walk on the street and the side of the road slants down so it is a struggle to either walk towards the middle of the street or just deal with it. I must say I do feel my leg muscles working. My legs hurt even the next day but I still walk. Maybe if you change the shoe strings to ones that stay tied tight it would be fine. When all is said I am still glad I got them. And you do not trip on them they make you walk the proper way.

Any other free sites do weight watcher points?
Try calculatorcat.com. You plug in calories, fat and fiber and you get your points.

This is not a good change !!!
I agree. I am also using old material. If you go to calculatorcat.com it gives you your point after you log in calories, fat and fiber.
