So far today is a good day. Feel really confident about the challenges that I have given myself. So far nothing but positive thoughts. I have also decided to through some other things in the mix like no more artificial sweeteners, eat only hole foods and cut out processed food. Eat only good fat and complex carbs... I know that this is going to be hard to start. I need to do my home work and educate myself on all the healthy foods. I will Post my findings.
