This morning I got on the scale and no loss-no gain! I was really wanting a loss as a reward for all of my effort. Yes, I am disappointed although I did a great weekend without cheating on my plan(another X on the calendar). Today I am doing 2 low carb shakes and an evening meal to give myself a jump start to losing. I know when you lose weight, your body wants it back and does everything it can to keep every pound it gains. That is a fact. Some people are born with higher metabolisms and remain thin all of their lives, such as my husband. It just isn't fair.
