Well yesterday wasn't a very good day for me because I forgot all about the treat we were having at office. So I had a double dose of snack and office sweets. Originally, I had planned to save the treat for dinner but I got talking and moments later my plate was empty and I was groaning 'cus of too much food.

The good thing is that I compensated and exercised a bit more. I also controlled my dinner to a handful of roasted peanuts and was relieved when the amount of calories I spent was eventually less than what I ate.

Today is a holiday and I spent the whole morning sleeping. Skipped lunch, which isn't such a good thing. Ah well, at least I caught up with my sleep. I suppose I need to be careful that I don't binge the rest of the day.

ohh Holi-day.. :) South India, no Holi :( Well for me its a guilty pleasure to wake up late, skip breakfast and sometimes even lunch on weekends :P But recently I have learned to fix this to some extent. I somehow manage to wake up late for some brief time in the morning (thanks for my flatmate for most of the times), have breakfast and take a 2-3 hr nap again. So I don't compromise with food timings.
