Hello again Fat Secret; it has been awhile. I've not been very well lately, severe anemia- which means noooooooo energy at all. Amazing how quickly one gains weight when one lays around watching Netflix and eating without thinking. But I've been to the doc, had tests and we have a game plan that will (hopefully) take care of the problem so I can get my iron levels back up and get my energy back. That's the goal. So, my focus right now is to ease into the exercise and work on a diet that's high in iron- which could be just a little challenging as I'm not a very big meat eater. Anyone have any amazing bean recipes that aren't loaded with sodium?
