The scale finally moved. I am feeling better day by day. Did yard work today but it just about did me in. I fasted today for 24 hrs. Had buttered chicken broth and brain octane fuel and that helped so much. My husband fasted as well. He did really good. I have been fasting all week. Longest has been 24 and the shortest 18. For me that is a major doing. I can't usually fast like that. Like Ches, my body shape is different than the last time. I am losing differently in inches. With a thyroid problem, I don't know how long I can keep it up but I am going as long as I can. Hope everyone has a good and safe weekend. Thanks to all who is supporting me in this journey. Y'all helped so much last time.
