Really hungry! I guess I've really been eating WAY TOO MUCH FOOD! Better choose lower calorie foods to pig out on. Like Red bell peppers! didn't know how low calorie food could taste so good.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
