Today I went to the gym. I think I do better walking the sidewalk. But it has been so humid today, and a heat warning. I will try my best to do some exercise daily. Blood sugar was up this morning. Strange it was down two hours after I had eaten. It is 134 at almost midnight tonight. I will have to figure out how to keep it lower in the morning wake up time.
