So I'm trying to devise a plan to keep my carbs in check rather than just "don't eat them." I find that I can curb my cravings if I allow myself a little fruit now and then, and my goal is to maintain a healthy balanced diet after weight loss. So I decided to calculate how many grams of carbs to allow myself per meal, and focus on eating more vegetables, and healthy proteins and fats. After doing some research and knowing what used to work well with my body, I've calculated a 1300 calorie diet, with a limit of 114 gms carbs, around 114 gms of protein, and 11 gms of fat divided into 4 -5 meals. I welcome advice and experience because the majority of people on these blogs are respectful and supportive.
