Day 6 of 6 day high fat high protein low carb challenge.
Yes I missed to maintain the sub 20g carb intake due to my full body checkup. But then afternoon and Night i had reduced the carb intake. Morning it shot up because of the idli (rice cake) and a cake.
I am perfectly fine and my reduction of weight is good.
It was pretty fun
One thing yesterday i saw in the report was, due to high protein intake in last one week, Uric acid was high (that's what they told me)
