I have a new Biggest Loser inspired mini goal set for myself......After watching last night's episode, I decided that my new mini goal should be to lose 5% of my body weight. For me that number is about 11 lbs. I super excited of my newly found excitement that I have in transforming my body. For a while I believed that this was it (being fat) but I am a winner.....and I have a winner's mind......therefore I will not be defeated by fat!!!!
