So I have been averaging 12k steps a day and monitor it on my Samsung using Samsung Health app just checked it and I'm ranked in the 5% for my age group. This will diffently drop once I get my knee surgery on Monday. Going to really have to cut and monitor my calorie intake as I will be very stagnant for the next month. I'm going to try and not gain any weight. Hopefully loose these last 1.9 lbs before Monday. If not I'll just regroup.
Will see how this bump on the road goes. Take care n keeping moving forward regardless of what life trows at you.
