Typical breakfast is normally about 100-200
Typical lunch is normally about 150-300
Typical dinner is anywhere from 400-500
After Dinner snack is anywhere from 100-200

So I generally eat about 750-1200 calories.

So, I should probably be eating 1500-1800 if I want to weigh 110 which is probably a healthier weight. Getting there slower than I would like...but still getting closer!
104.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
