Due to Backpain on Monday 20th Feb 2012, i was not able to do weight lifting whole week and concentrated on cardio only. From 24th feb to 26th feb i lost 2.4lb only while previously it was 2lb per day. I think it is due to missing weight lifting as i read some where weight lifting raises BMR for 36hr while 1hr of cardio only 8hrs. Further I missed my cardio on 24th Feb. I want to eliminate fat from my belly and want to reach 8% body fat level. I know that it is last part of the body from where fat will go. I hope that it goes away when i reach 145lb. Best of Luck to all weight loosers...:) this is only task where one can give best of luck to looser...)
