Not really sure what happened this weekend, weight wise. I seem to have gained 2 pounds and yet felt I did pretty good where eating was concerned. I even shunned the EVER SO STRONG desires to go to the grocery store to buy a donut...TWICE! I have no sweets in the house! Thank goodness for that! This weekend I wanted sweets like you wouldn't believe! Because they weren't in the house, I had to physically go through withdrawals and it sucked! lol Seriously, though. I do know I didn't drink any water this weekend. I wonder if that's what the 2 pound problem is from? At any rate...baby's cold is gone so plan to go to gym tonight and focus on a day of high protein eating.

Also... maybe get back to the journaling!?! :) You seem to follow better when you are tracking... I know if I don't journal, I'm not nearly as strong! ;)

I agree with BT. Probably just water retention. I am sure it will come back down soon enough!

I agree with both gals here, start your journaling again. Salt does it to me EVERY time. I can weigh up to 3.5 pounds heavier in the evening if I had a bunch of salt. :( and it seems to take a good 24 hours before it comes off me. Keep up with the eating well. I bet it's something simple and we'll get you right back on track. You can do this!

It's quite possible I've had an above average salt intake this weekend. I ate handfulls of pistacios a few times, trying to ward off the sugar cravings. I also ate cashews. I am drinking my water today and am tracking my food intake on daily plate.
Thanks for the encouragement!!! =)
