Pain levels have risen, but that happens sometimes with the fibro. Didn't get to go work out today like I planned, was just too busy of a day and the back pain was too much.

Still staying on track with my food though. The birthday cake I made from almond meal came out really good and I was able to have a piece two different days and not mess up my calorie or carb intake goals. Will see if the scale agrees in a couple of days.
