A HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL FOR A WOMAN IS 2LBS A WEEK, THAT WOUD ADD UP TO 8-10LBS A WEEK. 15LBS A MONTH ISN'T IMPOSSIBLE JUST NOT VERY HEALTHY.
