Learning to love leafy greens?
Have you ever tried a green smoothie? There's a ton of recipes out there, but you can really pack a lot of green in one of those. I usually use spinach and kale for the green part, then your more common smoothie fruits (pineapple, mango, peaches, berries, etc.) and sweeten with honey. It's water based, so no dairy or added calories. Salads just get boring after awhile and this helped break up the monotony.
