Hang in there and keep going. You've got a great attitude and that's better than all the stuff in your photo.

Thanks guys i appreciate the well wishes they really do help. Attitude is a big part of the battle both for chemo and in life in general. I understand people who go negative but it doesn't make sense to me to focus only on the bad stuff and make myself more miserable. I try to focus on what I can control and roll with the punches on the rest.

Just a few suggested supplements if you haven't heard of them already.
Ornithine, Glutamine, Selenium, Turmeric, Superoxide Dismutase, Whey Protein, vitamin C, Pine Bark, Grape seed, and Vitamin D, Indole-3-Carbinol, and Alpha-Lipoic Acid, All free radical fighters anti oxidant improvers. also Nordihydroguaiaretic acid, though the later is controversial. Not much info on the web especially its hidden cancer fighting properties I've heard of. A couple more are necessary to go along with these. Will need to do your homework and consult your Doc or course.

Way to go on taking care of yourself during this process (as well as before) Your weight seems great I'm sure the higher side of the 50's and even 60's are great. Keep up the great work Bill. HCB is right, if anyone's the warrior, it's YOU!!!

ofdwolf definitely don't mind okthen78's comments. I'm sure (as with everyone at some point) he is dealing with his own issues as all of his comments seem to be a bit snarky. It's a shame because usually people progress on their journey more effectively when they keep a positive outlook.
Mega prayers to you and your loved ones. you have an amazing attitude and are an inspiration. 😀 hang in there!

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the support and suggestions. I will tackle the list Euro gave and see if I can find a way to incorporate some of them.
Sara I read about ginger before chemo started and have been taking 500 mg capsule every morning, so far through 10 weeks I've only needed to take my prescription nausea meds 3 times and have managed to not actually get sick at all. My anti-nausea med (Comprazine (sic))is also used for schizophrenia so while I don't get sick I do get lonely because it makes my voices go away.
Jen I don't fret OKthen's comment, in 50+ years I've learned my sense of humor isn't everyone's cup of tea and sometimes isn't apparent to everyone, especially in the written format.
