I still eat small amounts of berries since they are so healthy. Same with watermelon. When you are on a program over two or three years in my opinion, and losing over a hundred pounds, there have to be small "break times." Not cheat times. No such thing as cheating at life 💁🏻Just times to try to maintain at the current level and see how you would do. This is why I know ice cream is still a MAJOR weakness! Donuts don't enter my house! Ever! All else is negotiable for me. I can keep portions small and pretty reasonable. Cereal is a pain because I like the convenience, but keto bread or muffins can replace it. So a quarter cup of berries with some real whipped heavy cream with Hershey's special dark cocoa and McCormick's pure vanilla with a hint of honey...that's heaven! 🙆🏻 It's one of the ways I can raise my fats as well, especially if I add walnuts or pecans! The carb hit isn't killer if you don't over eat. 🤷🏻‍♀️And I looove me some chocolate with 🍓 strawberries!
