Hard weekend for carbs. I did ride my bike 🚴 17 miles thou.
Tomorrow I start hypnosis to change my thinking about food. Carbs are bad and don't taste good and good food is good 😊 for me and I love ❤️ it!
173.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
