I'm back once again..after a few months of not doing a thing and pretty much eating what I want. I've gained about 5 pounds and more than anything, have just lost any amount of toning I had gotten after being on track for a while. So I am thinking about doing weight watchers for a while, so I can eat what I want (in moderation, of course) and not have to follow the strict eating plan on Extreme Fat Smash. I am still going to stick to EFS exercise plan, though. I'll see how this goes.
