rubah komposisi makro nutrient atau kacaukan dengan OMAD (one meal a day) dengan kalori dinaikkan.. kalo biasa ga olga, coba olga pagi 30 menit bisa ringan bagus kalo agak berat lebih ngefek.. klo saya sih gitu
