family is here and it is so hard to eat differently than everyone else. Ugh...im trying to get back on the wagon and today is the start! had my usual good 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese with 6 cherry tomatoes and it was gross but has the protein dr. said i needed. only 37grams to go today! bring on the tuna.....sigh
110.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
