I need to get one of those doodle makers. I baked a lasagna with layers of zucchini in place of pasta and it was ridiculously delicious but never made oodles....What's a good one to order from Amazon? Do you steam the zucchini? Sauté?

@Bluecoaster, the Paderno is the gold standard. But there are some that work vertically as opposed to horizontally, that look intriguing.

I have the veggie pasta deluxe tri blade. I found it at my local Big Lots last year for about $10. I figured if I didn't end up liking spiraled vegetable dishes then it was only $10.

Looked up the 'Paderno' hmm...might have to buy that this week. Being on Keto is a good excuse to make some Alfredo.
