Wow, today's not going to be one of my better days as far as calories go, but my carbs are great. Went to a basketball game and had a hotdog with cheese, but no bun, no soda, took my tea with me. Had a decent time even though my anxiety disorder made it a less than exciting day but had to be there for the kids. Still under my calorie limit for the day but not as low as usual.

Well, Yahoo for you! A basket ball game and under calorie limit. I am logging my calories as I drink them tonight durning the super bowl so I know when to cut myself the heck off!

Seems like you are doing a great job. I'm also following low carb and do go over what I think I should have for calories once in awhile, but i bet it's a lot less than it would be if I didn't track them, those nasty little calories! When I calculate what calories I should be eating, the number seems too high. For me it's 1800, but if I eat that much, I think I would not lose weight, or it would be so slow that I would get discouraged.

Yeah, it says I should be eating 2000, (I recalculated from 2100 when I lost 15 lbs). That seems so high to me, so I tend to go lower.
