I guess I don't understand most of the weight loss strategies on here. Cutting out carbs all together. Does anyone read up on this before they do it. I've been a certified trainer for years and some of the things people are unnecessarily putting their bodies through is terrible and not to mention counter productive on what they are trying to achieve. Hate it.
