1. Tuesday...
2. Feeling a little under the weather yesterday and today. :-(
3. Didn't get much sleep last night, and woke up early.
4. My weight showed a slight gain today. I feel like my body is holding onto a lot of water right now. ???
5. I did all my testing much later in the day today, and a few hours after eating a meal. I am not sure if these numbers are worth much...but, here they are.
6. Blood glucose was 116 mg/dL.
7. Blood pressure was 142/93 @ 90 bpm.
8. Keto was a 40 and 47 on two different readings today.
9. I hope I can push through this crud, whatever it is. I am going to shoot for some exercise today and some good sleep tonight with plenty of water.

my doc told me the best time to test my sugar is exactly 2 hours after you start eating. it is called post prandial. fasting is good too. hope you are feeling better.
