Starting today for the next two weeks, I want to aim for 1200 calories. This is about 400-500 more calories than I am currently eating. Since I do not have a scale, I can't weigh myself so I will have to rely on my measurement calculator and how my clothes fit.
For the third week of May I will try to get the calories to 1500...by June my goal is to be eating between 1800-2000 calories. Hopefully I won't be massively bloated or gain a ton of weight...but at this point I really should be increasing my calories and probably put on about 5-10lbs. I am naturally tiny...but 95lbs is too low for my height.
My current Estimated TDEE based on no exercise is 1548
Based on light exercise 1703
Based on moderate exercise 1920
Based on heavy exercise 2136
Current BMR 1293
I plan in July to start dancing in regular classes again, otherwise I would stay with the 1500 range.
What are any one's opinions/thoughts on this plan?
