Well, I feel as if I have been eating more calories on account of switching my normal fruit and yogurt breakfast to banana bread and eating more home made granola through the day...which I am sure is probably more cal than what I put it as (but I guess it is better to be safe than sorry when you are trying to gain)
But in any event...my measurements have not changed at all, making my EST Wt. calculator assume I weigh 42.49kg!
Does anyone think I should use a scale instead? Also, how accurate does anyone else find this estimate to be?
