After 200 days of keeping spreadsheets on everything imaginable, I've learned that to lose weight reasonably this 72 year old must stay between 1050 and 1200 calories with 40 min of aerobic activity 6 days a week.
213.3 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
