Today is much better! Day 1 was a little rough...not so much on the eating end but on the sugar withdrawal and headache end. I know this will pass and I will be much better off for it.
Did my 30 minutes of cardio this morning, so I'm ready to face the day.

When I'm doing Phase 1 I live on Excedrin!!! Give it a try for your headache. Have a great day!!

Its good to hear others are having the same problems with the headaches!! I couldn't get out of bed the first day and the second it took me til 3 pm to get up from them!
