30 min walk followed by a 20 min jog then 10 min cool down walk--these wildly fluctuating temperatures are challenging. one week -14 then 40 degrees---acclimation to this is a problem for me--joined the ab work out group when it started--finally got the 25 pushups with good form this morn--will need to add a another set of crunches and bicycle crunches as one set is getting comfortable
