Holding firm at 241.8lbs (not complaining). Got a good jump start on my minimum of 5000 steps today with this week walking 2 dogs instead of 1. Yesterday I didn't move much, but did wash/wax my spidermobile with the help of my hubby. Not much stepping, but there was that arm/shoulder workout! Today I am going to get in another Turbo Jam workout -- I miss that ouch feeling the next day from abs.

We've been loving leaving the windows open and running the ceiling fans versus turning on the air conditioning. Somedays it has gotten a bit muggy, and it does make for a natural sweat fest with the cardio workouts, but still so worth it. The calming sounds of nature mixed with random passing of cars....and the smell of fresh air. <3 <3 <3

Happy to report hubby lost 7lbs in his first round of 21 day fix and I lost 6.2lbs. We've started round two! (We have the 21 day fix app on our phones, thus we are not double entry here.) We are not doing the 21 day fix exercises (our dvd was scratched and not purchased through beachbody, so....we do other stuff, mainly focusing on getting our goal steps in, walking, walking on treadmill, elliptical, other workout videos, etc.)
