I moved my weight goal down to 145 from 150. I'm 150.8 now and see that a few more pounds lost would be amazing. I still can't believe that I've come this far--to go from a sedentary, unhealthy, sleep-deprived, depressed person with ZERO energy and 30 lbs overweight. And now, I'm a size 6 again for the first time in 10 years--and I'm a runner?!?!? Never, ever saw this coming when I started six months ago. A Day at a Time--weigh and measure my food, and avoid all flour and sweeteners. It has become a way of life for me, and more importantly habitual. This is how I eat, and what I eat for the rest of my life.

Now, to get to 145!
