KETTLE BELLS! Was soooo hard, but I liked it! I am definitely going back in the hopes I will get better each time. I am feeling a bit sore today but tonight is ZUMBA! SO Hopefully I'll feel better. After the 45 minute kettlebell class I did my hour of cardio! (pat on the back). I REALLY didn't want to, but I knew I would be disappointed in myself later if I hadn't done it. I sweated way more yesterday in the gym than I ever have in there before. Excited about Zumba tonight and then I'll work on some of the machines for my thighs and abs afterward. Right now I am at work about to get started, eating a banana, and sipping on some nice ice cold water. Life is great; I feel amazing. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

YES!!!! I am so glad you liked and so glad you will go back again!! Zumba to me is just a fun class it really doesnt seem like a workout. I just look forward to it cause I love dancing lol Even though you're sore it'll all go away for that hour def!!

You're doing fantastic, Sarah!!! I'm so happy for you. Zumba is amazing.. my busy sched has kept me out of all my favorite classes (along with going with my friend now, too), but zumba is the one I can't wait to get back into. You're doing awesome, though, keep it up!

Way to go girl, keep up the good work...I can see you are going to be on of the work out junkies :) I hope it's catching, cos I need to catch it and stop being so lazy....Happy Zumba....

Pat on the back from me too! Great job! 45min. of kettle bells?! Wow. Impressive. Its been too long since I've Zumba'd but I did like it. Will have to get back to it again. I believe you are right in your comment to my journal. I think now that I've lost the weight that I have, the lbs are not going to come off as "easily" as they did in the begining. Still learning patience. Life is indeed great! You keep going girl!
