Only lost 1 lb since the last week in phase 1 and now, I've plateaud again!! I'm getting really frustrated. Today is my last day in Phase 1...I was going to stay in it to try to lose a few more but I seem to be stuck. I'm scared to move to 2 because if I'm not losing in 1 then I might gain in 2. Trying to keep the faith...beginning to think my thyroid is screwed up or something.......UGH!!!

Sometimes the fruit in phase II helps kick start weight loss. Most fruit has a great water content plus lots of good vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Your goal isn't very far from your current weight, which may be the cause for the small loss in phase I. Stick with it, and I'm sure you'll see the results you're hoping for.
