I'm feeling a little discouraged. I know I've only been fully dedicated to eating right and exercising regularly for about a week. But Thursday mornings are my usual weight in day an I lost .6 lbs. Only .6. :( I was hoping for at least 1 lb but preferably 2. I know it takes time but ughghghghghghghghghgh. Hecka discouraged.
