Why does it only take two days to undo what you did all week? It was the potatoes I know it.
What is so bad about potatoes? Why are they a half day's worth of calories? WHY? WHY I say?

Lol. Potatoes can definitely do that. For many years I ate well during the week but would let it go over the weekend and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't lose weight. Then I saw somebody break it down and show how it's really easy to undo any loss and even gain even when you're only eating junky on the weekends. It's so hard to get things under wraps when you're socializing or home relaxing. It's worth it though. No worries--I'm sure you'll get back where you need to be. WAter water water.

Perhaps it's not the potatoes, but the wheat bread. Many people don't even realize that wheat can cause bloating. I don't know what Schwan's poppers are, but if it's a processed food, then that also could cause bloating = water retention = lbs. on the scale. Drink water to flush extra water out of the body and take a long soak in a tub with epsom salts. That will pull extra water out of your body also. Don't blame the potatoes--as long as they are plain. Hope these tips help you out.

Why indeed. Potatoes are so tasty, too. Maybe it's the butter?
