Aku olahraga ngambil cardio sepeda 35 menit, treadmill 10-15 menit sama cardio yg lain 10 menit. Beban paling dumbel/barbel. Sama olga perut pake matrass 😁 kalo olahraga setiap hari kadang off sekali seminggu. Biar maksimal hehe
