Christmas comes early. I am a Commercial Property Manager and we had to discuss what we were going to do re: Tenant Christmas treats. A local catering company, that wants our business, sent over a huge gift basket of goodies that would be packaged in such a way as we could deliver to our tenants. Well. We. Must. Test. Said. Goodies. Must be good enough for our tenants. 1 Mincemeat Tart. 1 Shortbread Cookie....okay 1.5 Shortbread cookies later, and why YES, they are good enough for our tenants....VERY GOOD. At least I stayed away from the sticky buns and the gingerbread men and the rice krispy squares and the fruit bread and the sugar cookies.....
I am SUPPOSE to be on PHASE 1!!! mmmmmm shortbread cookies....mmmmmmm doh

gingerbread men...i could not have passed them up...i think that is what i am going to miss the most this year...i make a gingerbread pumpkin pie and gingerbread houses each year...and i know i do not have your will power to not indulge...

Perhaps you can hire an official taste tester - then you wouldn't have to sample all the goods! LOL I am sure you would have plenty of applicants!
