Who stalls after only losing 6 lbs? I am exercising for at least an hour every day. Keeping the carb intake below 100 g with virtually no bread. Keeping the calories below 1200. Drinking lots of water and only 1 cup of coffee a day. Trying to stay motivated but this is a pain in the butt.

I did for for a week and finally lost one more today, my percentage in fat did go down so I told myself it was muscle gin. Just keep at it!

It's normal to stay the same weight for a few days or even a week. You may get to the point where you lose a pound a week. Losing weight isn't an exact science and many other things factor in to weight loss such as high sodium foods (make us retain water), sore muscles from working out (our muscles retain water), genetics, activity levels, kinds of foods your eating, etc. You may wake up tomorrow 2 pounds lighter or it may take more time. It's normal. Consistency is important to weight loss, so just stay on plan and keep going. Keep your expectations realistic, your doing fine.
