Today was a very busy day, so I didn't get a chance to have breakfast. I did however, take with me a slim fast chewy fiber bar and a bottle of water I did not drink. Breakfast, no food. for lunch, I when I got off the train, I purchase a hot dog with mustard and ketchup with onions and relish, and hot peppers. I was so hungry it was simple delicious. I drank a half bottle of Gatorade. When I got home, I had one chicken wing, hot and spick, and a hand full of vinegar peanuts which I didn't know exist, alone with another chew granola bar. I am not trying to starve, but trying to watch very closely what I eat.
