I've lost my healthier ways of eating since I was pregnant 3 years ago, and it doesn't help that I live with someone who loves to bake and buy treats. I'm still working on putting the junk away since I can't throw it out, and stop consuming it altogether. I used to be able to control my weight through exercise, and lose weight through extreme dieting. Now, I'm hoping to get lasting results from cutting out empty calories with the use of this application. It's a work in progress.
