Back again...I was up to 160 and now I'm back to what I was when I stopped tracking my calories on here. Time to focus! I will be over indulging at Fogo de Chao for my birthday on Saturday, but after that I'm really going to buckle down. I've been going to the gym 6 days a week and cut out my snacking when I'm bored. I just don't eat if I'm not hungry. Seems so simple...wish me luck!!!
