I forgot to eat lunch today.. NOT GOOD.. That means I ate LESS THAN HALF of the calories I was supposed to. I have the issue of getting busy then forgetting it was lunch time. By the time I remember I'm on my way home, by the time I'm on my way home, its almost dinner time. I need to think about doing slimfast shakes for these times. When I get busy, too busy to STOP to eat, something is better than nothing.
