Started the 17 day diet yesterday. Sucked to watch the kids eat junk and I couldn't but it's okay. This diet looks like it's going to get me on track with my eating habits. Chauntea 's doing it with me. Lost 2 pounds already!! Doesn't seem like a fad to me, seems like getting the right food in the right amount. I know I ate way too many carbohydrates anyway!!
