Tried talking myself into taking a rest day but later told myself,'I will do ten minutes and if I TRULY am tired-I will take a rest day...'I ended up doing the WHOLE WO + increased the incline UP 2 notches :)Rest day MY FOOT!

Haha! I love it! Sometimes the hardest part is getting past excuses and gathering enough motivation to get up and work out. Once you get going though, the awesome feeling of working out kicks in. ;) Way to go!
